Custom Boxing Mouthguards

Boxing puts your teeth in the path of heavy, direct punches every round. AlienGuards boxing mouthguards are made from an impression of your own teeth, so there is no size chart, no boil-and-bite and no guard that slips out after the first exchange.
Which model for boxing?
Origin (from $74.99) is our combat guard for boxing, MMA, Muay Thai and football. It has reinforced impact zones and comes with a 5 mm combat option. Combat guards are 5 mm thick, compared with 4 mm for non-combat sports, because the extra material absorbs more force from direct strikes.
Origin Pro ($94.99) adds extended teeth, gum and jaw coverage. It is our maximum-protection model. See the model comparison.
Why custom in the ring
A custom guard is made from your impression, so it is more comfortable and secure than a store-bought guard. It does not slip or fall out, and it is easier to wear through long sparring sessions. Custom guards are thin and precise, so most athletes breathe and talk normally while wearing one.

Make it yours
Origin and Origin Pro can carry colors, text, a logo or full custom art. Choose one color or two or more with stripes or a marbled finish, add your name or your gym's logo, and add Impression Storage so you can reorder without taking a new impression. See real guards from our lab on Our Designs.
How it works
- Build and order. Pick your model, colors and custom logo or text. We ship you an impression kit.
- Take your impression. Follow the impression guide at home. It takes about 10 minutes and the putty sets in 2 minutes 30 seconds. Then mail the impression back to our lab.
- We make it. Your guard is formed on a plaster model of your bite, pressure-formed from dental-grade material and finished by hand in San Jose, CA. It is crafted within 10–14 business days after we receive a good impression, then shipped with tracking.
Boxing gyms and teams
Gyms and teams can order through the AlienGuards Association to get 20% off mouthguards and merch (excluding NanoBite and PowerBite), with a minimum order of 5 and your logo on every guard.
Care
Rinse your guard before and after each use, brush it gently with a soft toothbrush, store it in a ventilated case away from heat, and replace it every year, or sooner if it is damaged. If you wear braces, talk to your dentist before taking an impression.
