The process
From your bite to your guard
Six steps, about 10 minutes of your time. We handle the rest.
1. Build & order
Choose your model, thickness, colors and your touch: text, logo or full custom. Takes about 2 minutes.
2. Get your kit
We ship an at-home impression kit with trays, dental putty, instructions and a return label.
3. Take your impression
Mix, fill, bite and hold for 2 minutes 30 seconds. Our impression guide walks you through it.
4. Photo check
Email us a photo of your impression. We confirm it's good before you mail it back.
5. We make it
We pour a plaster model of your teeth, then heat and pressure-form dental-grade material onto it and finish your design by hand.
6. Shipped to you
Your guard is crafted within 10–14 business days after we receive a good impression, then shipped with tracking.
