Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise arranged. The shipping process consists of three steps:

  1. We send the impression kit to you.

  2. You return the completed impression to us.

  3. We craft and ship your custom mouthguard.

USPS First-Class Mail includes tracking at no extra cost and usually arrives within five to seven days. Shipping times may be longer during holiday seasons. International orders ship via USPS First Class International Package Service, with an estimated delivery time of 15-20 days. International customers are responsible for return shipping of their impressions.
