Custom Mouthguards for Gyms & Teams
AlienGuards makes custom-fit mouthguards for whole gyms, fight teams, clubs and schools. Every guard is made from an impression of each athlete's own teeth, made in the USA, then finished with your team's logo and each athlete's name or number. Coaches, gym owners and team leaders order through the AlienGuards Association.

Which guard for your sport
Boxing and kickboxing gyms
Boxing means heavy, direct punches every round. Origin is our combat guard with reinforced impact zones and 5 mm thickness, the industry standard for competitive combat sports, and Origin Pro has the same 5 mm protection with more breathability and comfort. How a team order works
- Apply. Fill in the short Association application with your gym, team or school and your first order size (5–10, 10–20, 20–40 or 50+ guards).
- Take impressions. Each athlete takes an impression with our at-home kit and the step-by-step impression guide. It takes about 10 minutes, and the putty sets in 2 minutes 30 seconds. On-site fitting help is available for qualifying orders.
- We make every guard. Each guard is formed on a model of that athlete's bite, pressure-formed from dental-grade material and finished by hand in the USA. Guards are crafted within 10–14 business days after we receive a good impression, then shipped with tracking.
Other ways to work with us
Gyms and teams can also join the partnership program (no cost, no commitment: a complimentary custom mouthguard for the enrolled partner, a member discount code and a revenue share on sales you generate) or the wholesale program to stock and resell customizable guards at your own pricing.

Is there a minimum order for team pricing?
Yes. AlienGuards Association orders start at 5 mouthguards.
How much do teams save?
Association gyms and teams get 20% off mouthguards and merch. The discount covers every model: Origin, Origin Pro, NanoBite and PowerBite.
Does every athlete need their own impression?
Yes. Every AlienGuard is made from an impression of that athlete's own teeth, so there is no size chart. On-site fitting can help your athletes get a good impression (minimum order and location apply).
Can we put our gym logo and athlete names on the guards?
Yes. Association orders include your team logo plus athlete names or numbers.
How long does a team order take?
Each guard is crafted within 10–14 business days after we receive a good impression, then shipped with tracking. The full timeline, including shipping, is in how long does a custom mouthguard take?
What about replacements?
We keep your athletes' models on file for quick replacements (minimum order; athletes 14+ without braces). Individual athletes can also add Impression Storage when they build, to reorder without a new impression.
Can athletes with braces order?
Yes. Athletes with braces can get AlienGuards, but their dentist needs to take the impression instead of using our at-home kit, so the braces don't get damaged. Your dentist can take an impression or 3D scan, then ship it to us or email it to impressions@alienguards.com. If an athlete has another dental appliance or loose teeth, they should talk to their dentist before taking an impression.
