Customer Satisfaction
AlienGuards is committed to providing high-quality custom mouthguards. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your mouthguard does not fit properly or meet your expectations, please contact us so we can address any concerns.

Each mouthguard is custom-made using your dental impression. Since impression kits are single-use, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Due to differences in dental structures, the precise placement of logos, names, or numbers may vary. Our team ensures the best possible positioning based on your impression.

Liability Waiver
By purchasing and using an AlienGuards LLC mouthguard, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:

  1. Risk of Injury
    Engaging in sports and other physical activities carries inherent risks of injury. Our mouthguards are designed to minimize injury severity but cannot guarantee complete protection against harm.

  2. Assumption of Risk
    By using AlienGuards products, you voluntarily accept all risks associated with high-impact activities. You acknowledge that no protective gear can prevent all injuries and assume full responsibility for your safety.

  3. Limitation of Liability
    AlienGuards, its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be held liable for injuries, damages, or losses incurred while using our products. By purchasing and using our mouthguards, you release AlienGuards from any related claims or liabilities.

  4. No Guarantee of Protection
    Our mouthguards are designed for enhanced safety but do not offer a full guarantee against concussions, or other physical harm. Users should follow all safety recommendations and consult professionals for additional protective measures.

  5. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlienGuards, its affiliates, and employees against any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the use of our products.

  6. Acceptance of Terms
    By purchasing or using an AlienGuards mouthguard, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Liability Waiver.
