Want your mouthguard to look as mean as you fight? AlienGuards can add fang and grill designs to a custom-fit guard. Every guard is made from an impression of your own teeth and finished by hand in our San Jose, CA lab, so you get the look without giving up the fit.

How to order a fang or grill design

  1. Choose your guard: Origin (from $74.99, our combat guard with reinforced impact zones), Origin Pro ($94.99, extended teeth, gum and jaw coverage) or NanoBite ($64.99, ultra-slim).
  2. Add the Grills/Fangs Addon ($59.99) to your order.
  3. Tell us what you want in your order notes, or email support@alienguards.com with reference images.

The fit comes first

Your design sits on a guard made from your own impression. That makes it more comfortable and secure than a stock or boil-and-bite guard. It does not slip or fall out, and it is easier to wear for long sessions. Combat guards are 5 mm thick, and non-combat guards are 4 mm, so choose by how hard you get hit.

How it works

  1. Build and order. Pick your model, colors and custom logo or text. We ship you an impression kit.
  2. Take your impression. Follow the impression guide at home. It takes about 10 minutes and the putty sets in 2 minutes 30 seconds. Then mail the impression back to our lab.
  3. We make it. Your guard is formed on a plaster model of your bite, pressure-formed from dental-grade material and finished by hand in San Jose, CA. It is crafted within 10–14 business days after we receive a good impression, then shipped with tracking.
